We are looking for an experienced Teamlead who will manage the Project Administrators and the Service team.
This position is based in our office in Sint-Job.
Job description
- Coordinate and coach the team of project administrators
- Manage your own customer portfolio (administration, quotes, orders,…)
- Manage the service department in order to process repairs as efficiently as possible
- Proactively work on the continuous improvement of processes and systems to optimize service levels
- Occasionally work from our offices in Temse and Thimister to coach the local project administrators
- Report to the Manager Internal Operations
Profile
- You have a Bachelor degree or equivalent based on experience
- You have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a team leader and can guide employees through change processes
- You are well organized and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- You have an analytic mind and are a real problem solver
- You have experience working with SAP
- You are fluent and transparent in your communication within all levels in- and outside the organization
- You are Fluent in English, Dutch and French.

Functieomschrijving
- Coördineren en coaching van het team project administrators
- Beheren van je eigen klantenportfolio (administratie, offertes, bestellingen,…)
- Managen van het service team zodat herstellingen zo efficiënt mogelijk verlopen
- Proactief werken aan het continue verbetering van processen en systemen om zo de service aan onze klanten te optimaliseren
- Occasioneel werk je vanuit de kantoren in Temse en Thimister om de lokale project administrators te coachen en te trainen
- Je rapporteert aan de Manager Internal Operations
Profiel
- Je hebt een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig op basis van ervaring
- Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring als teamleader en je kan medewerkers ondersteunen in veranderingsprocessen
- Je bent goed georganiseerd en kan zowel zelfstandig als in groep optimaal functioneren
- Je bent analytisch ingesteld en denkt in oplossingen
- Je hebt ervaring met SAP
- Je communiceert vlot en transparant op alle niveaus van de organisatie en met klanten en leveranciers
- Je bent vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
