To strengthen our team in Breda, we are currently seeking a Purchase Coordinator who is proactive and enthusiastic about taking responsibility for the entire procurement process within Amadys Telecom NL. In this key role, you are familiar with procurement and supply chain processes and well-versed in our complete portfolio.
Job description
As a Purchase Coordinator, your expertise contributes to streamlining the supply chain and ensuring the reliability on which FttX projects depend. You will work in collaboration with the Purchase Administrator, who supports your day-to-day processes. In this role, you will report to the Operations Director of Amadys Telecom NL and to the central procurement department of Amadys Group.
- You are the primary point of contact for all procurement-related matters, including:
- Current status of purchase orders
- Product price levels
- Current delivery times of products
- Monitoring supplier production capacity
- Gatekeeper of overall FttX material planning
- You ensure timely and accurate purchase orders, considering the needs of internal stakeholders and the financial impact. You also take into account the financial impact of the goods flow on inventory position
- You manage the current purchase rates in the ERP system. You analyze and present these rates to internal stakeholders
- You oversee inventory levels, minimize excess stock, and ensure sufficient stock to meet demand
- You ensure the quality of received goods in collaboration with various warehouses to resolve any issues. Additionally, you ensure compliance with Amadys quality standards
- You identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising the quality and efficiency of the procurement process
- You gather and analyze data about procurement activities, supplier performance, and costs to prepare reports for the management team
- You maintain contact with local suppliers, conduct supplier evaluations, and report on cooperation with preferred suppliers at the local level to Central Procurement
- You coordinate the international goods flow sent to our warehouses. Knowledge of incoterms and international container transport is advantageous
Profile
- You hold at least a completed HBO degree (equivalent to a bachelor’s degree)
- You have a proactive attitude and a hands-on mentality
- You are self-reliant and capable of handling responsibility
- Experience in procurement and planning is a plus
- You are a native-level Dutch speaker and fluent in English
- You possess strong analytical and organizational skills

Functiebeschrijving
Als Purchase Coördinator draagt jouw expertise bij aan het stroomlijnen van de supply chain en daarmee de leverbetrouwbaarheid waarop de FttX projecten rekenen. Dit doe je samen met de Purchase administrator, die jou ondersteunt in je dag dagelijkse processen. Binnen deze functie rapporteer je aan de Operations Director van Amadys Telecom NL en aan de centrale procurement afdeling van Amadys Group.
Een overzicht van je takenpakket:
- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt bij alle inkoop gerelateerde zaken zoals;
- Actuele status van inkooporders
- Prijsniveau van producten
- Actuele levertijden van producten
- Monitoren productiecapaciteit leveranciers
- Gatekeeper van overall planning FttX-materiaal
- Je zorgt voor tijdige en nauwkeurige inkooporders, rekening houdend met de behoeften van interne belanghebbenden en de financiële impact. Hierbij houd je rekening wat de financiële impact van de goederenstroom zal zijn op de voorraad positie
- Je beheert de actuele inkoop tarieven in het ERP systeem. Deze tarieven analyseer en presenteer je met de intern belanghebbende
- Je houdt toezicht op de voorraadniveaus, minimaliseert de vrije voorraad en zorgt ervoor dat er voldoende voorraad is om aan de vraag te voldoen
- Je waarborgt de kwaliteit van de ontvangen goederen dit doe je samen met de diverse magazijnen om eventuele problemen op te lossen. Ook draag je zorg aan voor de naleving van de Amadys kwaliteitsnormen
- Je identificeert mogelijkheden om kosten te besparen zonder afbreuk te doen aan de kwaliteit en efficiency van het inkoopproces
- Je verzamelt en analyseert gegevens over inkoopactiviteiten, prestaties van leveranciers en kosten om rapporten op te stellen voor het managementteam
- Je onderhoudt het contact met lokale leveranciers, voort leveranciersbeoordelingen uit en rapporteert over samenwerking met preferred suppliers op lokaal niveau aan Central
- Je coördineert de internationale goederen stroom die naar onze magazijnen wordt Kennis omtrent inco-terms en internationaal container vervoer is hierbij een pre
Profiel
- Je beschikt minimaal over een afgerond HBO diploma
- Je hebt een proactieve houding en een hands-on mentaliteit
- Je bent zelfredzaam en kan goed met verantwoordelijkheid omgaan
- Ervaring op het gebied van inkoop en planning is een plus
- Je spreekt Nederlands op moedertaalniveau en bent vloeiend in het Engels
- Je bent analytisch en planmatig sterk
