We are looking for an experienced Project manager to lead Business Transformation projects, ensure proper integration of recent acquisitions and set-up efficient business processes.

Job description

• You will drive a diverse range of projects that are key to our business transformation on topics such as:

• • Process optimization and organizational transformation
  • Operational due diligence
  • Carve-outs and post-merger integrations
  • Performance improvement programs

• You manage these projects end-to-end, align stakeholders, report on status and flag issues.
• You analyse the situation and develop, together with the business, a project approach. Some of the project workstreams will need your hands-on involvement, some of the project workstreams will only require your follow up
• You work closely together and report to the Post-Merger Integration and Continuous Improvement manager

Profile

• You have a master degree, preferably in business/economics/engineering
• You have 4+ years’ experience in the domain of consulting/advisory
• You can independently manage projects end to end and have good insight in business processes
• You are creative, result-driven, and can think outside-the-box in creating solutions to complex problems and needs
• You are convincing in expressing your opinions and can structure your arguments clearly
• You are professionally driven and ambitious, do not let go of the challenge until a solution is found, and you show involvement in realizing the solution in practice
• You have strong communication and presentation skills
• You are fluent in English and Dutch. German and French are a plus
• You are flexible and open to travel to our European locations
