Job description

Our sales department is the point of contact for our customers. Our sales representative (inside and outside) together form a team to expand our customer database. You identify customer requirements and work with your colleagues to find solutions to the requests. You prepare a competitive quotation, are the point of contact for this quotation and, together with the outside sales, maintain contact with the customer.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Maintaining excellent customer relations
• Processing requests into quotations
• Converting quotations into orders by negotiating with the customer
• Supporting outside sales representatives
• Drawing up tender dossiers end-to-end

Profile

• You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Sales or technical or equivalent experience in a customer-facing environment
• You are independent and persevere where necessary
• You are customer / service oriented
• You are commercially creative and enthusiastic
• You have an affinity with electricity and lighting
• Basic knowledge of lighting products is an advantage
• You are flexible, stress-resistant and able to switch quickly
• You inspire confidence in your customers/prospects and know how to convince them thanks to your dynamism, technical knowledge, drive and professional attitude
• You are able to prospect smoothly as well as build long-term relationships with customers and communicate in a clear, understanding and professional manner
• You follow up on your contacts closely. You keep accurate records and ensure a transparent flow of information between colleagues
• You have a good command of Dutch & French
